- Payment for Goods and Delivery Charges
learnmindpower.co.uk can only supply goods that are ordered online via the website. All payments including all shipping and handling fees must be made by either credit, debit card. learnmindpower.co.uk will not accept any other form of payment. All transactions are completed on a secure server. - Delivery Times
We aim to dispatch the purchase within two working days, with delivery within five. These times are in no way a guarantee and are based on approximations. - Prices are as stated on the website and are subject to change at any time without notice.

All the items for sale on the learnmindpower.co.uk site come from top quality brands and learnmindpower.co.uk is confident that you will be pleased with any item that you purchase. learnmindpower.co.uk Store is happy to learnmindpower.co.uk or refund web ordered goods provided they are returned to us with proof of purchase within 14 days. Goods must be in a saleable condition and returned in the original packaging.

If the product returned is not in fully resaleable condition or the packaging is damaged, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item.
Delivery charges
We will refund your original delivery charge on exchanges and faulty goods, but not when a product is simply unwanted. We do not charge for returns except for unwanted purchases.
Unwanted purchases If the goods are simply unwanted we reserve the right to charge a 4% restocking and handling fee. This charge is to cover bank and admin costs.
Transit learnmindpower.co.uk Store cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage to returned goods whilst in transit. If you do have to return any item to us we would ask that you use a trackable system such as a parcel delivery or courier service. These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights. - Cancellation
Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched, to cancel an order prior to dispatch please email info@learnmindpower.co.uk quoting your order number. - The outer packaging of all products sold through learnmindpower.co.uk is for protection during transportation and is not replaceable if damaged.
